Professor Wolf’s research focuses on issues relating transboundary water resources to political conflict and cooperation. Dr. Wolf has acted as consultant to the US Department of State, the US Agency for International Development, the World Bank, and several governments on aspects of international water resources and dispute resolution.

Off hour timers to limit unnessesary waste

I for one don't like drinking cold water to begin with.  Much rather have room temp water.  So even more bothersome is knowing that water across the campus is kept cold 24-7 when its being consumed less than half of that time.  Waste of energy. 

Also, hot water heaters that keep the water hot throughout the night are a waste of energy.
