Today, I had the opportunity to present webinar on Project Management Strategies. The webinar was hosted by the Environmental Leadership Program, where I recently completed a fellowship as part of their New England Regional Network. I was surprised by the number of attendees interested in project management as I discussed how our Office manages projects, programs, and portfolios. There were 125+ attendees out of 187 registrants watching the live version of this presentation.
