A green coffee program by installing on-site roasters in various coffee shops around campus that could roast up to 250 pounds of coffee beans per day. In turn, coffee will no longer be purchased in tube bags but instead, beans will be purchased in burlap bags which are recycled for transport use. Coffee compost will flow from the campus cafes which can be recycled into gardens and greenhouses around campus.
