Last year at the AASHE 2011 Conference, I gave a presentation on project management titled "The Sustainability Officers Communications and Project Management Toolkit- Organizational Tips for Long-Term Sanity", which addressed how officers can create systems for managing the multitude of projects and initiatives at their institution.
