Please note that by registering for the ActivitiesFest, you agree to participate in a manner that is consistent with the mission and values of the The University of Vermont, the Department of Student Life, and the Dudley H. Davis Center many of which are also reflected in the statement of values known as Our Common Ground.
If you represent a student organization, you may also want to review the Code of Student Rights and Responsibilities as well as any SGA policies governing your organization, including but not limited to the SGA Club Code of Conduct.
Minimally, this means that you agree to:
- refrain from promoting or having materials that promote (including inserts and “gift" bags) the use of alcohol, drugs or related paraphernalia.
- refrain from the use of advertising methods or promotional materials that contain discriminatory language or images or objectify any individual or group.
- comply with the requests of event/university staff.
Additionally, food cannot be prepared on site. If you choose to bring food to give away, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know what you want to bring.
While you may sell items at your table, keep in mind that this is not an event where students are likely to buy anything; rather, it is a way to promote your organization.
Please note that this registration is for your organization only. If you plan to include another organization at your table, you must request approval from the event staff prior to the day of the event.
