Submit an Incident Report

If you have witnessed student behavior that you feel may have violated the Code of Student Conduct or the Code for Academic Integrity, please consider submitting an incident report for our review.

Students are not only members of the academic community but also members of the larger society. The Center for Student Conduct has the responsibility to resolve allegations of violations of this code and strives for an educational and restorative process.
