(JAN. 7, 2014) University of Vermont Clinical Professor of Psychiatry David Fassler, M.D., commented in this HealthDay News article about a recent study in the journal Pediatrics, which reviewed the medical records of nearly 37,000 school-aged kids (average age 14) enrolled in Tennessee's Medicaid program who were new users of one of six antidepressant medications: Prozac, Zoloft, Paxil, Celexa, Lexapro or Effexor.
