You may not hold the title of project manager. But if you’re juggling multiple deadlines, projects and tasks, and you’re interacting with various stakeholders, then you are one.

In that case, you need skills that go way beyond time management and priority setting. You need to understand how to multitask and link concurrent projects; implement effective monitoring processes; deal with political implications; and more.

On Aug. 15-16, join fellow professionals at a two-day seminar offered by UVM’s Center for Leadership and Innovation to explore various tools, techniques and methodologies for overseeing multiple projects.

The seminar, Strategies for Managing Multiple Projects, is one of several Innovation Seminars scheduled through September. Also on tap: Leading and Working in Teams: Skills and Techniques to Be a Great Team Member and Leader on Aug. 23; Effective Human Resource Management on Aug. 30; Leading an Aging and Multigenerational Workforce on Sept. 13; and Customer Centered Sales Strategies on Sept. 20.
