Taylor leaves for sabbatical

Spending school year in Costa Rica

CATIE's campus

Taylor left this week for a sabbatical with his family in Costa Rica.  He'll be living in Turrialba, hosted by CATIE, an institute focused on sustainable agriculture and natural resource use in the tropics.

Taylor will be setting up a field research project in the region, and pursuring a couple of projects with CATIE colleagues to link biodiversity and human well-being.  He'll also be supporting his kids as they dive into the local school, and taking a lot of road trips with his family.

Who'll be directing the Gund Institute?  Donna Rizzo, long time Gund Fellow and campus superstar from Engineering.
