Jenna Ringelheim is the Deputy Director of the Environmental Leadership Program (ELP). Jenna supports and catalyzes a dynamic network of over 900 of the country’s top emerging environmental and social change leaders.  With over 15 years of experience in environmental conservation and education, Jenna focuses her work on personal and organizational change, program development, curriculum design, facilitation, coaching, and building learning communities of practice.  Jenna has a BA in Environmental Studies and Anthropology from Skidmore College, an MA in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University, and an MBA in Sustainable Systems from Pinchot University. She currently resides in Portland, Oregon with her two curly black dogs, Tasman and Millie.
