Stream ecology research, natural resources and water management, watershed conservation and restoration

Elissa Schuett is the program manager for the Lake Champlain Sea Grant program and Vermont Water Resources and Lake Studies Center. She manages the research programs for these projects as well as communications activities. She is also producing content for ecoNEWS VT, a collaborative effort of several organizations providing a central outlet to highlight key findings from ecological research and monitoring being conducted across Vermont. Her background of stream ecology research keeps her involved in several research projects as well, including the Arctic LTER program at Toolik Field Station and a project quantifying sediment and phosphorus loading in the Rock River in northern Vermont.
