Bill Valliere and Lisa Chase Interviewed by VT Public Radio on VT Visitor Survey Findings

A Vermont Public Radio (VPR) news broadcast titled Tourism Survey Finds Most Effective Marketing Is Word of Mouth on July 30, 2014, includes interviews with Researcher William Valliere of the Rubenstein School Park Studies Laboratory and Associate Professor Lisa Chase of UVM Extension. The recent survey was the first ever in-depth survey on how visitors to Vermont make their travel decisions.

Bill and Lisa manage the Vermont Tourism Research Center in the Rubenstein School and worked closely with Professor Robert Manning, director of the Park Studies Laboratory, on the Vermont Visitor Survey project.
