The Rubenstein School Stewards were busy this past semester! We assisted with Admitted Student Visit Days and gave countless tours to prospective students. For “Get Your Life Together Week Part 2,” we facilitated résumé and cover letter workshops, organized alumni and graduate student panels, and practiced mock interviews with ice cream.

Jessica Mailhot designed new Rubenstein long sleeve t-shirts, and we sold them to students, faculty, and staff to bring our community together. Earth Week brought an exciting scavenger hunt and opportunities to participate in a Centennial Woods work day.

Our semester ended successfully with the Community Celebration, where we celebrated the achievements of Rubenstein’s graduating seniors and danced to the Smokey Newfield Project.  The Stewards were excited to see Anna Smiles-Becker and the new addition to her family, Cora Elizabeth Smiles-Becker, at the Celebration!

We would like to thank Anna Smiles-Becker and Sarah Heath for acting as our wonderful advisors this past year! Congratulations to our graduating senior Stewards: Robyn Bath-Rosenfeld, Sam Wallace, Colleen Whitcomb, and Laura Kim, and thank you so much for all your leadership, hard work, and dedication to the Rubenstein School! We will miss you, and we wish you luck with your exciting new adventures. Finally, the Stewards want to welcome James Biddle, Jessica Mailhot, Katlyn Willard, Laurel Martinez, and Abby Freas to the Steward family. We look forward to working with you next year!

Have a great summer, Rubenstein School! We look forward to seeing you again in the fall!

Love,
The Stewards: Katie, Amie, Grant, Robyn, Bonnie, Jacqui, Laura, Sam, Colleen
