Areas of Interest

Policy and planning processes with applications to environmental issues. Research includes a focus on administrative arrangements and organizational dynamics of generating, interpreting, and implementing policy. Current projects include forest and watershed planning in Vermont and New England, and organizational dynamics of population, health, and environment projects in less-developed countries.
