Since 2002, we have provided top-quality group experiential challenges and team building programs for UVM and the surrounding community. We are proud to have already worked with over 400 groups, from businesses and agencies to youth groups, schools, and colleges.
Our skilled and experienced facilitators specialize in organizational development and group process. We customize all our programs and are committed to meeting the diverse needs of our clientele.
We provide off-site team building and experiential programming year-round. Our first-class ropes course facility, open from May to October, is comprised of 20 high and low elements nestled in a stand of 80-year-old conifers on the 90-acre Wheeler Farm property in South Burlington. Utilizing cutting-edge equipment, training methodologies and practices, every facilitator at the UVM ARC has a sharp eye for detail and is focused on safety and quality.
Although the UVM ARC feels like a private, wooded and secluded world, we are easily accessed via Swift Street and Farrell Park, with ample parking and proximity to local restaurants, hotels, and other amentities.
