Promoting Academic Excellence and Cultivating Talent:

Our recent initiatives foster quality and academic excellence by improving the whole student experience, supporting faculty research and interdisciplinary collaboration, and promoting staff development. The enrollment management plan increases domestic student diversity and international student recruitment and rebalances the student-faculty ratio. The TRI initiatives and the Humanities Center support interdisciplinary research and collaboration among faculty members, while Human Resource Services provide a broad range of professional development opportunities to staff members.
