Phenological Observations of the Shelburne Landscape

Observation: A beautiful colorful arrangement of blooming flowers line the edge of Shelburne Pond. Species identified include: White Vervain (Verbena urticifolia), Blue Vervain (Verbena hastata), Birdsfoot trefoil (Lotus corniculatus), Common Fleabane (Erigeron philadelphicus), Daisy Fleabane (Erigeron annuus), and Queen Anne's Lace (Daucus carota)
