Alan Tinkler, Assistant Professor in the Education Department, and Gabriella Tufo-Strouse, Volunteer Coordinator of the King Street Youth Center, have been awarded the Engaged Partnership award from Vermont Campus Compact. 

Financial Support for Service Learning

[These links are going to be bad til I bring these pages in...] The CUPS office coordinates an Implementation Grant to support faculty who are planning and implementing service-learning courses. Other opportunities for Financial Support from the CUPS Office may be available as well, including covering the cost of attending Service-Learning or Community-Based Research conferences/ workshops off-campus. In addition, the Faculty Fellows for Service-Learning program provides stipends to participating faculty that may be used to further their professional development. Students may also be eligible for grants, scholarship competitions and work study.
