- By Brit Cava
Are you an early career engaged faculty member or know someone who is?
You’re invited to participate in an early career engaged faculty focus group and networking event as part of a doctoral research study with support from Campus Compact offices in New England. The study will be focusing on perceptions of early career faculty and community engagement.
Your input, perceptions, and experience are valuable to informing the future of community and civic engagement. Participation in a focus group will support Campus Compact in building new resources for early career faculty, strengthen the study, and give you an opportunity to network with other early career faculty. Please join us! If you are not an early career faculty member, as defined by any type/rank of faculty member within the first seven years of appointment, but know someone who is, please send this invitation to him or her.
Incentives:
- Opportunity to network and share your story with other engaged faculty members
- Light meal provided
- All faculty members will receive a complimentary civic engagement text (multiple titles to choose from at the event!)
- Get connected to the Campus Compact network in New England – we will provide upcoming opportunities + resources for faculty members
