CUPS Ambassador Program

NEW PROGRAM!  The CUPS Office is pleased to announce a new program supporting outreach among students.  5-7 CUPS Ambassador work-study positions have been created for the 2012-2013 academic year, with one position for each School / College at UVM.  These students will support the CUPS Office's efforts to support academic service efforts, including service-learning classes, community-based research opportunities, and service internships.  To apply, please go to UVM Federal Work-Study page for students.

Position Description

The Cups Ambassadors will divide their work time between three main areas: 
1) general office support (photocopying, mailing, phones);
2) outreach and events planning (writing newsletter articles, visiting classes, updating our website, promoting service-learning through social media, assisting with our annual events); and
3) outreach specific to the unit (School or College) in which the student has a major.  These projects will be developed in consultation with the CUPS staff.  There is one position for each School or College at the University.
