ProcBuilder is a basic web interface to creating and editing Procmail recipes. In order to run it on your site some changes will probably be needed.

This package consists of a CGI script written in Perl. It relies on some existing authentication scheme (in Apache) that will grant the CGI permission to edit each users .procmailrc.
