Graduate Student International Potluck Event
Time: 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
Location: Living/Learning B-180
Description: This is an event for Graduate Students.
A "potluck" means that everyone brings one dish to share. We would love it if you could bring one hometown-style dish, (appetizer, main course, dessert, etc) that you enjoy and that might be popular or special to your home country/town. This is a great way to try food from other countries, chat with other students and meet some new people. We would love to have both international and domestic students attend, so do share with your graduate student friends!
We know that many of you are very busy with school work and might not want to cook after an exhausting day. Instead, you can cook ahead of time and bring your dish over to the international lounge. We have oven, microwave, and fridge where things can be stored and heated on the day of the event. OIE will provide music, utensils and soda. If you are not sure what to cook, you are welcome to ask us for some ideas. Or, pair up with a friend and you can create a dish together!
If you are interested in joining, complete this quick form so that we know who to expect by 12 pm on April 18th: survey.uvm.edu/index.php?sid=49288〈=en.
