Master of Science Programs

Our programs offer close mentoring relationships with renowned scientists whose research interests span a wide range: from Web-based weight management to food-borne illnesses.

The NFS master of Science offers a solid education in scientific methods and procedures and a wealth of networking opportunities. It fosters out-of-the-box critical thinking skills and welcomes enthusiastic scholars from all backgrounds (academia, the corporate world, and public policy organizations).
