Room Scheduling

For room scheduling, please contact the departmental office at
6-2164. Helen Brunelle is the primary scheduler. If she is unavailable, Debbie Stern can be of assistance.

MMG manages the calendar for Stafford 301. All other rooms are managed separately. Helen and Debbie have access to these room reservations via the College of Medicine's Conference Room Scheduling System. Other rooms across campus can be scheduled using the Conference and Events R25 scheduling system. Check the availability of Stafford 101.
