Young Adult in Transition (YIT) Initiative Receives National Award for Excellence in Evaluation

The Young Adult in Transition (YIT) initiative has received Silver level recognition at the annual Honoring Excellence in Evaluation awards given to program grantees. The honors are awarded by the Technical Assistance Partnership for Child and Family Mental Health, a collaboration of the National Federation of Families for Children's Mental Health and the American Institutes for Research. The award recognizes operational achievements in the areas of planning, recruitment, retention and data quality assurance. YIT is a statewide mental health initiative, spanning all 12 Agency of Human Services districts, to implement systems of care for youth aged 16 to 21.
