Need a poster? We can help. We print directly from PowerPoint, Acrobat or Photoshop to an HP Designjet Z6100 printer and produce beautiful, archival posters sized up to 60'' wide. We also print extra large images and banners to announce events or headline a display case. You can create your own poster using one of our templates as a starting point. Our normal turnaround for poster printing is 1-2 days. Rush services are available.
Create your Own Poster
You may create your own poster using one of our templates as a starting point. Remember, these templates are created at half-size and will be scaled to the final size during printing. Please make sure any images you use are of sufficient size and resolution. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Sending a poster file to MedPhoto:
Use the University of Vermont's File Transfer System. http://www.uvm.edu/filetransfer
Send your file to email@example.com. Follow up with an email listing the following:
Your name, campus address and phone. Include a chart string number or indicate if you are using a PurCard. If you are with FAHC, we need your exact FAHC address, the person's name responsible for department billing and their email address and phone number. Without this information, we can not begin your poster printing job.
Our rates: We offer heavyweight matte finish poster paper, as well as satin and glossy photo paper for posters. Price for all three is $6.50 per square foot. A 3x5 foot poster is $97.50.
For poster files, we need to know:
- Would you like a proof print? ($10.00)
- What is your deadline?
- What is your final file size?
- Was this created on a Mac or PC?
- Paper choice (matte, satin or glossy photopaper)
For image files, please explain what you are looking for.
