Title of Project: The Role of HVA alpha 1E Ca2+ Channel Subunit in Micturition Reflex Pathways.
The major goals of this project are to examine the properties of R-type Ca2+ channel subunit and determine its role in the regulationof micturition (excitation-contraction of urinary bladder smooth muscle).
