Program in Integrative Health

What is Integrative Health?

Integrative health is a healing-oriented approach to medicine that honors the whole person, addressing not only physical symptoms but also the mind-body connection, spiritual dimension of health and the impact environment and lifestyle have on wellbeing. It emphasizes the therapeutic relationship, is informed by evidence, and makes use of all appropriate therapies.
