Wellstart has focused on improving the knowledge and skills of policy makers and educators of health care providers regarding breastfeeding, complementary feeding and maternal nutrition. Wellstart was designated as a WHO Collaborating Center for Breastfeeding Promotion with Emphasis on Lactation Management Education.
