Research Interests

The shoulder research group has completed a study working on the kinematics of the glenohumeral joint before and after Bankart repair. They are also in the process of developing a shoulder arthrometer to quantify shoulder laxity intraoperatively. They are evaluating techniques to measure three-dimensional strain of both macro and microscopic levels, using innovative imaging techniques.
