My area of interest is early pregnancy in relation to pregnancy loss and other problems with trophoblast invasion and migration leading to defective implantation and placentation. My recent interest is in the peptide, kisspeptin, which has been shown to be a key regulator of onset of puberty. The same peptide is also thought to have some role in placentation and pregnancy and has potential for research in this area.
