We offer an ACGME-accredited two-year fellowship training program where trainees achieve clinical competence in rheumatology by working in outpatient and inpatient departments. During the second year of training, the fellow's effort is focused on basic or clinical research projects. Our fellowship training program has been in existence since 1982 and has most recently received ACGME accreditation for a full 6-years, the maximum that can be awarded. For the last three years our program was awarded two highly competitive grants from the American College of Rheumatology Research and Education Foundation.
