Patient Care & Clinical Services

As an academic division of the Department of Medicine, we support teaching faculty and provide research facilities along with our teaching partner Fletcher Allen Health Care.

Our clinical practice takes place at the Vermont Cancer Center outpatient clinics at Fletcher Allen. Our disease-specific multidisciplinary clinics provide a collaborative approach to planning and ongoing care throughout cancer treatment.

We offer many additional services including genetics counseling, a hemophiliac clinic, and a new oncology rehabilitation program. Cost-free counseling, support groups, nutritional support and help for patients who are in financial crisis is provided by the Cancer Patient Support Program. Our priority is to give each patient, and their family, care and support.

The Vermont Cancer Center is a not-for-profit comprehensive clinical and research cancer center that is committed to innovative cancer research, life-saving prevention and treatment programs, public education and scientific collaboration.
