Classroom in the Courtyard
A portion of the donation given by Dr. Robert Larner, MD and his wife Helen, will contribute to a new active-learning classroom on the third floor of the Given Courtyard. The classroom will accommodate up to 120 students and can be configured for small or large group functions. Technology will be similar to the group rooms in the Med Ed Center including display monitors, advanced video and sound systems, and individual internet connections. The UVM Board of Trustees has approved this project for construction to begin in January 2014 with an anticipated completion being the summer of 2014.
