Parking and Shuttle Service

Parking:  Below is a map of the designated parking area (Jefford’s Lot) for the ceremony.  For those needing special parking, please contact the office of Medical Student Education. 

Parking on campus is at a premium and requires permits.  To insure that you do not receive a parking ticket, which you will be required to pay, please park ONLY in the designated area (Jefford’s Lot) which is clearly marked "Ceremony Parking" on the map below

Shuttles:  Shuttle service has been specifically provided for by the College of Medicine for this event.  The map indicates where the shuttles will be stopping for guests.  There will also be signage provided at each of the stops.  The shuttles will continue looping through the route until all guests are at the chapel.  Shuttles will remain available to transport guests from Ira Allen after the ceremony. 

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

The Ira Allen Chapel is fully accessible to persons using wheel chairs. The shuttles which are wheelchair accessible will drop guests off at the front of the chapel. There is a ramp leading up to the main doors.   Doors to the Chapel will open at 1:30 PM, not any earlier.
