For Our Guests....

Chapel:  This is a limited event with a six-ticket limit for each student.  Guests should have their tickets ready for entry in the Chapel.  Guests should go directly to Ira Allen Chapel main entrance.  (Students should immediately go to Billings North Lounge, to get into Procession Order.)   Doors to the Chapel will open at 1:30 PM, and not any earlier.  Your guests will need to wait outside if they are at Ira Allen before the doors open.  Be prepared for inclement weather. 

Luncheon:  Students and guests are invited to the luncheon at Noon in the Courtyard of Medical Education Pavilion prior to the ceremony. This is a social event with no formal program, providing an opportunity for students and families to meet and mingle. (Although we encourage students and guests to join us, attendance at the luncheon is optional.)  The luncheon runs until 1:30 pm.

SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

The Ira Allen Chapel is fully accessible to persons using wheel chairs.   The shuttles which are wheelchair accessible will drop guests off at the front of the chapel. There is a ramp leading up to the main doors.   Doors to the Chapel will open at 1:30 PM, not any earlier.

PHOTOGRAPHS

The Medical School has arranged for photographs to be taken of each student at the ceremony which will be available for purchase.

During the ceremony, family members must remain behind the section of seating for the students.  You ARE NOT ALLOWED at the front of the stage.
