Medical Student Financial Services

Welcome to the University of Vermont College of Medicine Student Financial Services.  Our services for students begin with prospective students and continue on to help our Alumni as they enter their residencies and beyond. We advise students on all aspects of their student aid including financing their medical education, debt management matters, and financial literacy.

Through a series of Financial Fitness sessions we provide current students further information on the following areas:

• Entrance Counseling for financial aid
• Budgeting
• Tracking Student Loans using AAMC Medloans Organizer and NSLDS. We have a powerpoint presentation available here to help guide you through this process.
• Service Based Scholarship Programs
• Primary Care Info Session
• Credit and Identity Theft
• Loan Exit Counseling
