Message from the Chair

On behalf of the Department of Family Medicine at the University of Vermont College of Medicine and the Fletcher Allen Health Care Family Medicine Service, I want to personally welcome you to the Department's website.
Fletcher Allen's Family Medicine Health Care Service operates six sites. We employ over 40 family physicians, nurse-practitioners, physician assistants, and mental health professionals.
The Family Medicine residency training program is the only such residency program in the State of Vermont. Graduates have a distinguished history of service to the citizens of Vermont.
This website contains current information about all aspects of the Department's functions. Information not contained on the website can be obtained by email inquiry directed to me.
