Scholarship Support

placeholderEnsuring that a medical education is financially accessible.
The College of Medicine endorses and embraces the findings of the Association of American Medical Colleges, which demonstrate that diversity among health professionals in the United States is linked to improved access and quality of health care for the growing numbers of racial and ethnic minority patients, greater patient choice and satisfaction and better educational experiences and benefits for all medical school students. It is these findings, and the University educational policy commitment to diversity, as articulated and approved by its Board of Trustees, which underlie the College diversity scholarship program.
