This fund is managed by the Office of the Assistant Dean for Diversity & Inclusion and supports the enhancement of diversity & inclusion throughout the College of Medicine.
Evaluation of Proposals
Applications for mini-grants will be evaluated on how they align with the College of Medicine's mission to achieve appropriate diversity among its students, faculty, staff, and other members of its academic community, and to ensure the future pool of physicians and allied health professionals is made up of demographically diverse backgrounds. Projects will also be judged on their likelihood of success and their sustainability and ability to be replicated. Grants are available to augment existing projects or to support new ones.
Selection
Mini-Grant proposals will be reviewed and selections made by the Assistant Dean for Diversity & Inclusion, in consultation with the Dean's Advisory Committee on Diversity & Inclusion.
