University of Vermont College of Medicine Office of Clinical Trials Research

Excellence in Research

The College of Medicine established the Office of Clinical Trials Research to help the general public and patients in their search for clinical trials information, to assist Principal Investigators with the business aspects of clinical research, and to attract more important research work to the university. With a mission that links research, education and patient care, Vermont's academic health center is committed to helping improve our region's quality of life with innovations in medicine and health care that arise from new knowledge and discovery.

The University of Vermont College of Medicine, in alliance with Fletcher Allen Health Care, is involved in over 1,000 active clinical research trials in many different specialty areas.
