The Graduate Alumni Awards Committee is seeking nominations for the Distinguished Graduate Alumni Award. This award will be given to an alumnus/a from the UVM College of Medicine's Ph.D. or M.S. programs who has demonstrated outstanding achievement in basic, clinical or applied research; education; industry; public service / humanitarianism; and/or outstanding commitment to the College of Medicine community.

The award is issued through a competitive process. Recipients will have his/her photo and award citation featured on the alumni award display board in the Given Building. Award recipients are selected in the Spring and invited to return to campus the following Fall to recieve their award and speak to current graduate students.

We invite you to take this opportunity to nominate PHD or MS alums of the UVM College of Medicine -- perhaps a colleague or classmate -- by filling out the form below. The committee may ask you to provide a copy of your candidate's CV and other supporting information if necessary.
