Interview Information
Selected applicants considered qualified after preliminary review are invited to Burlington for a personal interview. Invitations are emailed to the email address on record. Interviews are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays between mid-September and mid-April. The interview day is structured as a time of mutual evaluation where you will have the opportunity to learn more about the College of Medicine and we can learn more about you and your goal of becoming a physician.
What to Expect
Applicants selected to interview will receive an invitation via email with a link to the Online Applicant Center (OAC). Please login to the OAC for detailed information about confirming or rescheduling your interview.
The interview day begins at 9:45 am with coffee, lite fare and introductions with the admissions staff.
Each interview day includes approximately 15-18 applicants, so there is ample opportunity to ask questions, meet with current students, and learn more about UVM. Scheduled activities include an overview of the College of Medicine and its curriculum, a financial aid presentation, tours of both the College of Medicine and our affiliate, Fletcher Allen Health Care, and a complimentary lunch with current medical students
Please plan to arrive at the College of Medicine no later than 9:45 am on the day of your interview.
