This project involves a full renovation of approximately 8,000 SF into new laboratories and supporting spaces as well as a Neurobehavioral Lab. It will impact the basement and a portion of the first floor of Stafford Hall with an accompanying small space in the basement of HSRF. State Public Health Lab Collaboration

The State will be constructing a new 60,000 SF building for the state health labs, with a connection to our Colchester Research Facility. The project plan calls for sharing of common facilities, such as conference rooms, as well as cooperative arrangements for specialized lab facilities and dedicated office space.
