| Invasive Plant Information for Vermont: Vermont Plant Quarantine Rule: Class A and B species |
In April 2002, the Vermont Department of Agriculture, Food & Markets adopted a plant quarantine rule in order to regulate the importation, movement, sale, possession, cultivation, and/or distribution of certain invasive plants. The rule creates two quarantine categories.
