Living/Learning Center Director's Office
Work-Study Employment Information
Spring Semester
Job Information and Descriptions:
Job Application Processing Info
We hire the vast majority of our work-study students at the beginning of the fall semester - and most of those students continue to work for us during the spring semester - but we always have a few openings for new applicants during the spring. So if you are interested in a work-study job with Living/Learning, we encourage you to apply.
When we receive your application, it will be forwarded to the
supervisor of the job you listed as your first choice. That supervisor
will review your available times to see if you can work during hours
when coverage is needed. If not, your application will then be
forwarded to the supervisor of your second-choice job, third-choice
job, etc.. As you can see, the more jobs that you preference on your
application - and the more hours that you list as available to work on
the schedule form - the better your chances of employment.
Hiring decisions are made on a rolling basis. Please check your e-mail regularly, as hiring supervisors will contact you via e-mail about your application.
