L/L Renovation Project Focus Group Participant Interest Form

If you are interested in participating in a focus group on Tuesday, March 11 to discuss the planned renovations to the Living/Learning Center, please fill out the form below and submit it to the L/L Director's Office.
Please submit this form by Friday, March 7th at Noon.

There are a limited number of spots available in each focus group. If there are more interested participants than there are available spots, we may not be able to accommodate everyone. We will notify you by Monday, March 10th at Noon if we have been able to schedule you for one of the groups.

If you cannot attend a focus group but would still like to submit some feedback or suggestions for the renovation project, please send an e-mail with your comments to:
