Subject Area Tutoring offers:

• Subject-Area Tutoring
  • We offer group and individual peer tutoring in many lower-division/entry-level courses. One-hour tutoring appointments are held during scheduled hours in the Learning Co-op office or by arrangement with your tutor. Tutors are recommended by faculty and receive training.
• Supplemental Instruction
  • SI provides scheduled student facilitated group-study sessions for traditionally difficult courses. SI is free for all students in the course and is attended on a voluntary basis - attend only once or attend every time! National statistics indicate that students attending regularly receive higher grades than those never attending.
