Some basics about the program: Tutors are students who have earned at least a strong "B" in the course they tutor and have obtain a signed recommendation form (provided by the Co-op) for the course from a UVM faculty member. Tutoring is done throughout the week by appointment in the Co-op or on-campus. Currently, tutors earn $9.00/hr ($9.75/hr if they receive work-study funds). After completing paid training and tutoring experience, tutors qualify for a pay raise.
