Information for Faculty

The Learning Co-op relies on a strong relationship with faculty at the University of Vermont. All of our subject-area tutors have been recommended by faculty and have previously taken the courses they tutor.

Please encourage your students to use the Learning Coop by:

• Include information about the Learning Co-op in your syllabus
• Arrange for a Learning Skills Tutor to come to your class to talk about the Learning Co-op.
• Remind students about the Learning Co-op before and/or after major assignments (projects, exams, or papers).
• When sending mid-semester warnings suggest using the services of the Learning Co-op to improve
